All orders are carefully prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Processing times may vary during custom production periods or high-demand seasons.

Shipping Process

Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is:

Domestic (Turkey): 1–3 business days
International: 3–7 business days

You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Delivery Responsibility

Please inspect your package upon delivery.
In case of damaged or opened packages, a report must be filed with the courier at the time of delivery.

Undeliverable Orders

If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, the order will be returned to us.
In such cases, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment.
